After Vicky wrecks the Turner home while babysitting and blames it on Timmy, they take his magic remote and place it in her hands, unaware of her evil nature and her desire to conquer the world -- a dream she could now make come true unless Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, and a new friend from the future race through every channel to stop her and her evil scheems.
